Detection method:
1. Collection and screening of household dust mites Collect household dust mites from the natural environment. According to the habit of mites with photophobia, they were moved into mites by short-term irradiation with fluorescent lamps, and the mites were separated and collected under an optical microscope with a writing brush.
2 Irradiation miticide test Place 25 adult mites in a glass vessel with a diameter of 5.0cm and a height of 2.0cm, and place the hand-held UV sterilizer directly above the glass vessel (2.0cm away from the mites) for irradiation. The irradiation method is carried out according to the product instructions, and the irradiation dose and grouping are determined according to the results of the pre-test, that is, 3 irradiation dose groups are set: 4.83min, 7.0min and 9.0min respectively under the application distance of the handheld ultraviolet sterilizer. Immediately after irradiation, the activity of dust mites was observed under an optical microscope, and the survival status of dust mites was observed at 1 h, 12 h, and 24 h after irradiation, respectively. Taking the final inactivity as the inactivation determination, calculate the killing rate [killing rate=(the number of test dust mites - the number of living dust mites)/the number of test dust mites], and each test point was repeated 4 times.
During the acaricidal test, a control group was set at the same time: except for no ultraviolet irradiation, other environmental conditions were the same, and the survival of small mites was observed at different times.
