EN14350-1 Physical Mechanical Test Requirements:

Reusable Products: Vulcanized Rubber and Thermoplastic Elastomers
(1) The samples were placed in a ventilated drying oven with a temperature of 70±2℃ for 7 days;
(2) Put the sample in boiling water for 10min
(3) Pretreatment: place at least 40h at a temperature of 23±2℃ and a humidity of 50±5%
Pre-processing time: 9d
Single use products:
Pretreatment: place at least 40h at temperature 23±2℃, humidity 50±5%
Preprocessing time: 2d
Physical Mechanical Requirements
1. Visual and tactile inspection
2. Small parts requirements
3. Volume identification requirements
4. Volume accuracy requirements (±5)
5. Tear strength
6. Additional requirements for reusable products: resistance to boiling water, printing adhesion strength of markings and decorations, thermal shock
7. Sealing ring requirements (minimum diameter should be 35mm)
8. Requirements for matching parts (protrusions, straws)
9. Protrusion requirements (the maximum protrusion length should be 100mm)
EN14350-2 chemical test requirements:
Sample pretreatment:
Reusable product: place in boiling water for 10 minutes
Single-use products: no requirement
