We require all product suppliers of NBC Global to meet at least the following standards:Child laborNBC global suppliers should not hire child labor. Factories that hire minors under the age of 16 will be considered a violation of the code of conduct and may terminate the contract immediately as appropriate.Forced laborSuppliers cannot force employees to engage in involuntary labor, whether through imprisonment, guarantees, contracts, or any other means.HarassmentRespect every employee and refrain from using force, punishing or abusing them.Non discriminatorySuppliers should apply the principle of fair employment and not affect salaries, benefits, promotions, and contract termination due to the employee's race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethical standards, gender, political views, or physical disability.AssociationSuppliers should respect the rights of employees to form associations and collective bargaining, and should not punish them.Health and SafetySuppliers should comply with all applicable laws and regulations to provide employees with a safe and healthy working environment.
