1、 TCCC audit list
Documents to be prepared
The documents (if applicable) that need to be prepared during the evaluation are listed below the TCCC audit list to ensure smooth procedures and save you and the evaluator's time. If other measures or documents are needed to help fully understand the situation of the factory, the evaluation company may require the factory to provide supplementary information.
General documentation

The assessor will review the payroll of 10% of workers (up to 25).
For factories with contract workers, the evaluator will review a separate sample payroll (10%, up to 25 people).

2、 TCCC certification evaluation process
Kick off meeting - discuss the assessment process and answer questions. The production department, human resources department and general manager shall attend the meeting.
Health and safety site inspection - accompanied by a specially assigned person, visit the production site, warehouse, chemical storage room, canteen and dormitory (if applicable).
Employee interviews - 10% of employees (up to 25 people) are required to participate in private, voluntary personal interviews without the presence of managers. In addition, a sample of non employee workers will be interviewed.
Document review – document review includes personnel files, factory policies and procedures, payroll documents (10% employees, no more than 25 people, 10% non employee workers, no more than 25 people), and overall health and safety documents (a complete list of documents is listed below).
Good practice review – the review is considered to be the subject of industry good practice to support sustainable compliance.
Closing meeting - evaluators communicate the evaluation results and discuss the rectification action plan.
After evaluation: Send a printed formal and complete evaluation report to the supplier within 7-10 days. At the same time, a copy of the report will be automatically sent to Coca Cola. The service provider will follow up the assessment to ensure that the problem is corrected.
3、 Coca Cola supplier guidelines
We hope our suppliers can practice their commitment to respect all human rights with us. Coca Cola's suppliers and suppliers authorized by TCCC shall at least meet the following standards when operating as a whole:
Laws and regulations in the production and distribution of our products and materials and in the provision of services, the supplier will comply with all relevant local and domestic laws, regulations, rules and requirements.
Child labor suppliers will comply with all relevant local and national child labor laws.
Forced labor suppliers will not use forced labor, bonded labor, prison labor, military labor or forced labor and any form of human trafficking.
Abusive labor suppliers will comply with all local and domestic laws on employee abuse and will not physically abuse employees.
Freedom of association and collective bargaining suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic laws on freedom of association and collective bargaining.
Discriminatory suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic anti discrimination laws.
Salary and welfare providers will comply with all relevant local and domestic salary and welfare laws.
Working hours and overtime suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic working hours and overtime laws.
The health and safety supplier will comply with all relevant local and domestic health and safety laws.
The environmental supplier will comply with all relevant local and domestic environmental laws.
Business reputation suppliers will comply with all relevant local and domestic laws and will not commit bribery or fraud
The compliance certificate supplier must be able to prove that it complies with the supplier guiding principles and reaches the satisfaction of Coca Cola at the request of Coca Cola
