Engineer Assistant

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist engineers in handling samples, workflows, reports, and other tasks;

2. Inventory and maintenance of laboratory instruments;

3. 5S maintenance of engineering offices and laboratory areas;

4. Monthly project completion statistics, verification, and report collection;

5. Upload and publish certificates;

6. Other work matters assigned by the leader.


Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, familiar with office software operation, and relevant work experience is preferred;

2. Work diligently, carefully, and responsibly;

3. Proactive in work, able to withstand pressure and challenges in the workplace;

4. Possess service awareness, good attitude, agility, and strong communication and coordination skills.


Administrative Assistant

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for front desk reception and guidance work;

2. Responsible for transferring company calls, receiving and sending faxes, copying and printing documents;

3. Delivery and bill verification of express delivery;

4. Production and performance statistics of business quotation contracts

5. Review and processing of business workflows;

6. Invoice management work;

7. Other daily administrative matters arranged by the leader.

 

Job requirements:

1. Standard Mandarin, sweet voice, sensitive response, meticulous work, excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, and good customer service awareness;

2. College degree or above, familiar with office software operation, and relevant work experience is preferred;

3. Proactive in work, able to withstand pressure and challenges in the workplace;

4. Outgoing and optimistic personality, with strong work enthusiasm and good team spirit;


Salesperson

Job responsibilities:

(1) Expand the market, responsible for promoting and selling products and services;

(2) Explore customer needs, analyze customer needs, introduce the advantages and characteristics of one's own products and services;

(3) Provide professional consultation to clients, establish and maintain good customer relationships;

(4) Regularly complete quantified work requirements and be able to independently handle and solve assigned tasks;

(5) Analyze and organize business data, and complete tasks assigned by superiors on a temporary basis.

 

Job requirements:

1. Standard Mandarin, sweet voice, sensitive response, excellent communication skills and phone etiquette, and good customer service awareness;

2. Vocational school or above, with good English reading and writing skills, familiar with computer operation; At least one year of sales work experience;

3. Have the ability and experience to handle existing customers and develop potential customers independently, and have strong development ability;

4. Quick response and good communication skills;

5. Proactive and able to withstand pressure and challenges in work;

6. Outgoing and optimistic personality, with strong work enthusiasm and good team spirit;

7. Sales professionals in the consulting service industry are preferred.
