Engineering Assistant


operating duty:
1. Assist the Engineer in handling samples, workflow, reports, etc;
2. Inventory and maintenance of laboratory instruments;
3. 5S maintenance of engineering office and laboratory area;
4. Complete project statistics, verification and report collection every month;
5. Upload and publish the certificate;
6. Other work matters assigned by the leader.


Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, familiar with office software operation, relevant working experience is preferred;
2. Be serious, careful and responsible;

Administrative Assistant


Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for front desk reception and guidance;
2. Be responsible for the company's telephone transfer, sending and receiving faxes, document copying and printing;
3. Express delivery and receipt and bill checking;
4. Preparation of business quotation contract and performance statistics
5. Review and processing of business workflow;
6. Invoice management;
